My Smoothies

My friend Debra Jane and i are on a tupsy weightloss ride. (You are allowed to interprete it and laugh all you can)
Basically my aim is to get a flat tummy by december 2016, i can virtually see the tummy but the issue is, it is not yet on my body.

Food is like meeting someone you love…you are usually minding your own business until food comes along and makes you fat!!( yes any excuse will do)

I am indulging in weightloss smoothies and thought i should share with you, here goes the first.

Ingredients

Mango
Almond Milk
Chia Seeds
Cinnamon
Ginger
Honey
Turmeric
